Dear Clients,

Over the past year, our community and the world have been through a lot addressing the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time we have continued to provide legal services to you in new and innovative ways. As a result of our innovation, I believe we are able to deliver legal services in a more convenient, cost-effective, and safe manner. Even as our state begins to remove certain state-wide mitigation restrictions, we do believe that by learning from the lessons of the past year we can continue to provide you with safe and convenient legal services. Accordingly, we want to provide you with our procedures going forward:

Virtual Appointments: We will continue to schedule all new intake appointments and document review appointments by web conference (Zoom) or telephone. If you are able to participate in a Zoom web conference, I would strongly recommend that you do so as these face-to-face video conferences allow us to interact and share documents.

In-Office Appointments: In-office appointments will be conducted in limited circumstances and reserved for those activities that cannot reasonably be conducted on a web conference or phone meeting. For example, any document signing appointments will continue to be held in person with our document execution team. If you are unsure if your appointment is in person or virtual please ask.

Document Drop-Offs: We understand that from time to time we will need to collect documents from you to handle your case. If we do not need the original documents, I invite you to upload these documents to use using our Client Portal (Smokeball Communicate). If we need original documents (i.e. death certificates, original will) you are welcome to drop these documents at the Hamburg office at your convenience.

Face Masks: If you are participating in an in-person meeting, I ask that you please bring a face mask with you to wear while in the office. If you do not have a face mask, I have masks for you. Facemasks shall be required for entry into our physical locations.

Sanitizing: I have hand sanitizer that I will ask you to use when you enter the office. We will be cleaning and sanitizing between in person meetings. As a result, you may notice decreased availability in in-person meeting times to allow for greater time between clients.

If you are experiencing flu, cold, related respiratory symptoms, or believe you may have come into contact with someone who has contracted COVID-19, we request for you to stay at home at this time.

I look forward to seeing you and am always happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps I will be taking to keep you, and every client, safe in my firm. To make an appointment, please call 610-562-2000. Thank you for your confidence in me and my firm. I value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back my clients, neighbors, and friends into our office.
