David W. Crossett is an Associate Attorney at Antanavage Farbiarz, Hamburg, PA. Mr. Crossett concentrates his practice on the following: Civil Litigation; Commercial, Corporate and Contract Litigation; Personal Injury; Motor Vehicle Accidents; Real Estate Litigation; Estate Planning; Landlord/Tenant; Insurance Claims; Wrongful Death; and Appellate Advocacy.
Attorney Crossett is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Crossett received a B.A. from Chicago’s Moody Bible Institute in 2005 where he graduated with honors, and went on to graduate third in his class from Regent University School of Law in 2011. While attending law school, Mr. Crossett was an Articles Editor for Law Review, served as a prosecutor on the Honor Council, was a national semi-finalist for an Alternate Dispute Resolution competition, and received the Honorable Richard B. Kellam Professional Responsibility Award—an award reserved for one individual annually who demonstrates outstanding professionalism.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Crossett served as a counselor at a residential drug treatment center in New Hampshire. He then went on to teach high school in an inner-city Chicago school for at-risk youth. In 2007, Mr. Crossett worked as director for a non-profit charity and career placement service in Northumberland County, PA to develop a recycling center which provided both community job training and recycling facilities for non-traditional recyclable goods.
Mr. Crossett’s legal experience includes clerking for one year in a general practice law firm in Norfolk, Virginia, as well as interning for the Virginia Commonwealth Attorney’s Office of Virginia Beach. Prior to joining Antanavage Farbiarz, he practiced in a civil litigation firm in Berks County for five years. He is a member of the Blackstone Legal Fellowship and an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom. In addition, Mr. Crossett is a member the Pennsylvania Bar and the Berks County Bar Association.
Outside the office, Mr. Crossett enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. He serves as Chairman of the Elder Board at Fleetwood Bible Church and also on the Board of Directors of Life’s Choices. He is a competitive cyclist and enjoys backpacking.
